Effective date: July 4, 2026 · Applies to: Omniroq
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Omniroq Services. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you and your Authorized Users agree to this AUP.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights;
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violate anti-spam laws (e.g. GDPR/ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, CASL);
- Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach security or authentication measures, without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services (e.g. denial-of-service, excessive automated requests);
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- Store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or that exploits or endangers minors;
- Process special categories of personal data (e.g. health, biometric) unless you have a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
2. Messaging & communications
If you use the Services to send email, SMS, or other messages, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent, honouring opt-outs, and including required sender information. You must not use purchased or harvested contact lists.
3. API & automation
Access to our APIs must respect published rate limits and authentication requirements. Automated use must not degrade the Services for others. We may throttle or suspend access that we reasonably believe is abusive.
4. Your responsibility for users
You are responsible for your Authorized Users' compliance with this AUP and for any content or activity under your account.
5. Reporting & enforcement
To report a violation, email [email protected]. We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content or suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached or to protect the Services and others.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
