Sub-processors
Effective date: July 4, 2026 · Applies to: Omniroq
To provide the Omniroq Services, we use a small number of trusted third parties ("sub-processors") that may process personal data on our behalf. We require each to provide a level of data protection consistent with our DPA and applicable law. This page lists our current sub-processors.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloud hosting provider | Application & database hosting | All Customer Data | [Region] |
| Email delivery provider | Transactional & notification email | Recipient email, message content | [Region] |
| Paddle.com Market Limited (merchant of record) | Sells and bills subscriptions; collects tax | Billing contact, billing address, tax number, payment metadata | United Kingdom |
| Error & performance monitoring | Reliability and debugging | Log and diagnostic data | [Region] |
| Product analytics | Aggregated usage insights | Usage/event data | [Region] |
| Customer support tooling | Responding to support requests | Support messages, contact details | [Region] |
Integrations you enable
When you connect a third-party product (for example, an email, calendar, accounting, or messaging provider), that product processes data at your direction and acts under its own terms. Those providers are not our sub-processors; you control whether they are enabled.
Changes & notifications
We may update this list as our vendors change. Where required by our DPA, we will notify affected customers of new sub-processors before they begin processing Customer Personal Data, and you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. To receive change notifications, contact [email protected].
