Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. A full refund within 14 days

If Omniroq is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment for a subscription within 14 days of that payment, for any reason. The same applies to a payment for moving to a higher plan, within 14 days of the upgrade.

2. Other payments

For renewal payments and other charges we look at every request individually and refund where it is fair — for example if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or could not use the Services because of a fault on our side. Seats you remove during a billing period are credited on your next bill rather than refunded.

3. Free trials

Nothing is charged during a free trial, so there is nothing to refund. A trial does not turn into a paid subscription unless you subscribe.

4. How to ask for a refund

• Find your order at paddle.net, or use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, and choose Request refund; or
• email us at [email protected] with your account name and the date of the payment, and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. How long that takes depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5 to 10 business days.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from My Account → Plan & Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops further payments and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep access until then.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days of the first payment. This policy is in addition to that right.
